Jean Crawford President of crawfordconnect
As president of crawfordconnect, Jean connects nonprofit organizations with the executives, managers and fundraisers that make them successful. She is also an active volunteer in the philanthropic/voluntary sector and has executive management experience as well as consulting experience in fundraising, strategic planning and board governance. This hands-on expertise enables her to understand and act on the special challenges and requirements of nonprofits.
Prior to launching crawfordconnect in 1996, Jean spent two decades in executive positions with McMaster University, the Hamilton Civic Hospitals Foundations, The Toronto East General Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association.
Jean has a BA from the University of Windsor and in 1995 was invited to attend the Cambridge University Philanthropic Quest Program, comprising a delegation of 20 philanthropic practitioners from around the world. In 2004, Jean received the designation of Fellow for Life from the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy for her contributions to the sector. |
