Lynda M. McKay             Director, Executive Search of Campbell & Company

Lyn McKay has over twenty years of experience in executive search, human resources management and organizational development in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.  Before joining Campbell & Company in 2004, she was a senior vice president in a retained executive search firm, where she conducted searches in a wide variety of industries and functions.

For a number of years, Ms. McKay was with First Chicago working in banking and human resources.  As an assistant vice president in human resources, she worked in executive recruiting, employee relations and organizational development, where she developed a management assessment and succession-planning program.  Ms. McKay currently directs all executive search assignments for Campbell & Company and has worked with clients in education, healthcare, performing arts and museums, among others.
