Judy Williams has over 30 years of management and recruiting experience in corporate and consulting environments including more than 15 years assisting both nonprofit and for-profit organizations with their executive management staffing requirements.

Prior to joining Kittleman & Associates, Ms. Williams honed her expertise as an in-house and independent consultant within leading international, regional and local executive search organizations. Before entering executive search, she gained broad-based management and leadership experience with the Procter & Gamble Company and the IBM Corporation.

Ms. Williams is a graduate of Fisk University with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management’s Executive MBA program. Her professional and community affiliations include membership in the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Black MBA Association. She is currently a Board member of the North Coast Community Homes and previously served on the Boards of The Center for Families and Children and The Cleveland Public Theater. She also served as a United Way Loaned Executive and Allocation Committee member.
