What to Expect This Spring

The Spring Meeting programming has been thoughtfully developed by NNSC's Professional Development Committee. This year's program features a strong lineup of sessions and guest speakers exploring topics such as scaling search businesses, sales and marketing practices, best-in-class leadership assessments, AI sourcing, and insights into the current nonprofit sector landscape.

Although our group room block has filled, you may still make reservations directly with the hotel on their website .

We can’t wait to welcome you back to Chicago this Spring.

NNSC members in good standing are welcome to attend Spring and Fall Meetings at the preferred member registration rate. Non-members (guests) may attend by invitation only and must pay the full guest registration fee. Eligible guests include employees of member firms or guests of active NNSC members, must have at least one year of experience in retained executive search, and may attend up to four meetings before membership is required. Guests may attend general sessions and social events but may not participate in Principal or Practice Lead-specific sessions. Guest registration requires a designated promotional code issued by NNSC Headquarters at the request of an active member, which serves as confirmation that the guest meets all eligibility requirements. MAY All Members ZOOM Meeting (05/14/2026)

Every other month on the second Thursday, NNSC members come together for an informal All Members Zoom Meeting, a space to connect, exchange updates, and explore timely topics impacting our field. These virtual gatherings are moderated by rotating members and offer a valuable opportunity to stay informed, build relationships, and share insights in a relaxed, peer-driven setting.

The May Zoom will be moderated by fellow member Peter Gray of Peter Gray Executive Search.
