NNSC Meeting Guest Policy

Any NNSC member in good standing is welcome to attend NNSC Spring and Fall Meetings and is eligible for the member registration rate.

Non-members (referred to as Guests) may attend NNSC meetings by invitation only and must pay the full Guest Registration Fee. To be eligible, guests must fall into one of the categories below and meet all guest requirements.

Eligible Guest Categories

Guests must be one of the following:

• An employee of a firm where another employee is an active NNSC member

• A guest of an NNSC member, meeting all eligibility requirements outlined below

Guest Eligibility Requirements

All guests must:

• Be professionals with a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in retained executive search
• Register using a designated Guest Promotional Code, which is:
• Issued only to active NNSC members
• Provided by NNSC Headquarters upon request
• Understand that guest attendance is limited to a maximum of four (4) meetings, after which membership is required to attend future meetings

Session Access for Guests

Guests may:

• Attend all general sessions
• Attend all social and networking events

Guests may not attend:

• Any Principal or Practice Lead–specific sessions

Member Responsibility
