Bio
Linda Gray serves as Senior Vice President, Executive Search Non-Profit at Ratliff & Taylor. She oversees all aspects of the firm's retained non-profit search practice, ensuring the quality of each search and the entire client experience. In addition to leading the non-profit practice, Linda engages in public speaking, presenting on topics related to talent management and acquisition in the non-profit sector.

She is also the Global Practice Leader for the Non-Profit Search Practice at Cornerstone International Group, guiding 40member firms across 56 countries. Linda is best known for building exceptional relationships with clients and candidates. Her special talent lies in assessing organizational talent strategies and business needs. She excels at facilitating search committees and engaging top non-profit talent. A significant business strength is her ability to consult on current labor market trends, providing invaluable insights to her clients. Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Linda held several leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Her professional history includes positions at Timken, KeyBank, and Weltman, Weinberg & Reis. These roles provided a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition, informing her current success in non-profit executive search.

Where you won’t find Linda in her free time is within a 10-foot radius of the kitchen. Her culinary exploits have been so catastrophic, they should come with a warning label. Think scorched offerings to the gods, smoke alarms as a second language, and the fire department on speed dial. It's safer for everyone that she sticks to writing, Formula One fandom, and engaging in those adorable (and much less hazardous) battles of wills with her grandchild.
