Zach Harr is a senior executive recruitment professional based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who leads national executive searches for education, nonprofit, and social impact organizations. During his tenure at Edgility Search, he has led and supported more than 100 executive-level searches, resulting in 79% of placements identifying as leaders of color and 81% of placements first engaged through targeted sourcing.

Zach began his career as a middle school mathematics teacher through Teach For America before earning his Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service. Today, he is recognized for his expertise in candidate research, LinkedIn sourcing, and AI-enabled recruiting strategies that help organizations identify outstanding mission-driven leaders.
